Our Design Process
Estimate - We first work with you to identify exactly what your goals are. Most people have a vision in their head of how they want the piece to look. We start with that vision and work with you to identify any changes that you want made. We then write up a formal estimate. We don't add costs later; you won't pay more than the estimate and if we finish quicker than expected, we deduct that amount from the original estimate which means you could end up paying less than the original estimate.
Our rate for graphic design is $35/hour.
Deposit - A 25%, non-refundable deposit is required before any work will be done.
Samples - We will send you 2 or 3 intial samples for you to take a look at. At this point, your input is invaluable. We need your input to ensure that the piece ends up just as you envisioned. We will rework the piece as many times as required at no additional cost.
Completion - Once we finalize your piece, the remaining 75% of the payment is to be paid before we send you the final files. We will send you the native source files as well as the final print files and all associated art elements used to create the piece. Once final payment is received, you own the artwork.
Copywrighting - We work closely with a professional copywrighter who can rewrite your copy or create new copy based on an idea. We can include this in the original estimate. Our rate for copywrighting is $35/hour.
